Life = Freedom

The Sun has come up – New day

Romans 6:23 (NIV)

For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

John 3:16 (NIV)

 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

 John 1:29 (NIV)

The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him and said, “Look, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!

Romans 10:9 (NIV)
If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

2 Corinthians 5:21 (NIV)
God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.

2 Corinthians 5:17 (NIV)
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!

 Ephesians 2:8 (NIV)
For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith–and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—

 Luke 4:8 (NIV)
Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Worship the Lord your God and serve him only.'”

Numbers 23:19 (NIV)
God is not human, that he should lie, not a human being, that he should change his mind. Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfill?

Proverbs 3:5-6 (NIV)

Trust in the Lord with all your heart
    and lean not on your own understanding;
in all your ways submit to him,
    and he will make your paths straight.

Being a Christian is not a religion but a restored relationship with God the Father through His Son Jesus. I have a relationship with God and I am a new person. All it takes is forgiveness. The power of forgiveness is peace and freedom.

When I got saved I knew I need to be saved.  God showed me that I needed to forgive myself and forgive others. For all the hurt I caused myself and the hurt they caused me.

Then I asked Jesus to come into my heart, giving Him my life.

Thank you,
